BABY DOVE BABY CARE WIPES
Coming back the product under the lens, wet wipes are an absolute must these days – not just for kids but also for mom’s like me. I tend to reach out to baby wipes when I am too tired at the end of a long day to take off my makeup and to wipe my hands and legs clean.
A pack of 50 wipes are priced at INR 210. True, a little on the higher end. It comes with the backing of a brand like Dove to put it across!
The wipes basically feel like a Dove soap sheet – the very exact soothing fragrance. It is definitely moisturizing on the skin.
My boy has grown out of his diaper days, but still I use wipes to clean his private area during change of clothes or back from hanging out. It has not irritated his dry, sensitive skin owing to its soft cloth-like material.
I also use it all over his body after a day’s play in this weather when we cannot get him have a shower in the cold evenings.
But these wipes are not as wet as I would like them to be. That is where, personally on me when I want to remove some makeup or wipe myself clean, I am not a satisfied lot.
Undoubtedly these are great wipes for the kids with skin pH balance, when compared to Johnson’s or Chicco for that matter – but if you are looking for a two-in-one product for both momma & baby and like your wet wipes “wet”, this would probably be one rung down the ladder!
Also I don’t see any mention on whether this product is suitable for “new borns”. Would be great if the brand mentions that in all of its products, for new moms & moms-to-be have a better idea.
